Ontario, Canada Proyect Participation

Big Bay Point is located in Innisfil, Ontario, about 60 kilometers north of Toronto. It comprises approximately 234 hectares. The main objective for this resort project was to enlarge and enhance the existing the marina and transform it into a dramatic urban waterfront. The marina area will feature a series of continuous, looping canals lined with townhouses and boat slips and will serve as the community’s principal public space. The resort is composed of a mix of residential and recreational uses, which include 125,000 square feet of retail and commercial uses, an 18-hole golf course, a clubhouse, and a hotel with conference facilities. In addition, over 4,000 housing units will be spread out within the Golf Course Village and the Marina Harbor neighborhood. The golf course meanders along the edges of the site, providing a natural amenity and an effective greenbelt buffer for the surrounding residential areas.
