The architectural practice of KEYSTONE is focused in two areas: the development of building prototypes ideal for application within traditional urbanist projects and the design of civic and commercial buildings. Most of these prototypes are based upon traditional building forms such as apartment blocks, townhouses, semi-detached and single-family houses. New prototypes are also designed which reflect today’s lifestyle, they include live-work units, multi-generational houses, and courtyard houses.
Civic buildings (churches, kindergartens, etc.) as well as commercial buildings (office blocks, hotels, shops and restaurants) are planned and designed from the beginning into most of KEYSTONE’s projects. This unique ability to design not only the urbanist masterplan but also the building types enables KEYSTONE to give the client a jump start on all aspects of the project, from budgeting, marketing, to official approvals.
